- Practical courses offered by Britsail are of a strenuous and adventurous nature. I acknowledge and accept that adventurous activities carry a level of risk.
- I have declared all relevant disability and medical conditions in the relevant sections of this form.
- I declare that I am confident in open water whilst wearing a buoyancy aid or lifejacket.
- In the event of an emergency I agree to Britsail contacting the emergency services on my behalf and that the emergency services may then take responsibility for my care.
